And so, we begin.

Beginnings can be trickier than we realize. Not just how to start or when to start, but how to even define a beginning.

What is the start of a project? What is the start of a relationship — or your story? Does it begin on the day of your birth? When you were conceived? When your parents met? How do you determine where it truly began?

Where does this blog begin?

Is it the moment I dreamed up the concept?

The moment I crafted the first sentence?

The moment I click the button to upload this first post?

Or can the roots be traced back further —to the first stirring within me that whispered:

“You have something worth saying”?

Eye-level view of a person meditating in a serene environment
Water droplets rolling off a leaf into water, leaving ripples.

Regardless of where the origins lie, we have started.

I am here, inviting you to listen, to witness, to journey alongside me - for as long as you wish.

My earnest hope is that you will find something in what I share that you can recognize

grab hold of

take with you

and make your own.

Join me, for as long as you'd like.

I’ll be here.

Let us begin.
